Renion Park Hotel - Almaty

I loved the relaxing indoor pool and the variety at breakfast, especially the egg station. The staff was helpful in arranging our shared taxi to Big Almaty Lake, making our trip more convenient.

The room was well furnished with WiFi and power sockets.

Extensive breakfast with my favorite rice on milk or kasha on milk, stunning location. Location close to parks, cafes and shops and park and Ascension Cathedral and communal areas.

Everything was perfect, however a few employees where very slow. Particularly good and perfect location for visiting restaurants and bars walking distance to the hotel. It was walking distance to the touristic attractions, a church and a mosque.

The rooms offer a decent amount of space and seem to provide essential amenities for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the hotel's prime location, conveniently situated near the metro and local attractions.

Breakfast lacked variety, especially for international travelers, with no basic continental options available. The gym is cramped and poorly equipped, offering little beyond minimal exercise options. On top of that, our room showed signs of wear, including water damage, and key amenities like coffee machines weren't maintained properly.

Fairly clean and IDEAL hotel with diligent staff and good food. Great views on the park from our nicely furnished and well-appointed room. The restaurant was good, at the terrace great food.

The stay here was very very good at the next visit. Its location was magnificent, just next door to Almaty on foot, Renion Park and Near shops.

For a quiet room, request a corner suite away from the street noise. They offer a more peaceful stay.

central hotel with quick access to parks and shopping areas

i had a fantastic stay at this hotel, just a few steps from the bustling arbat shopping street and almost 2 km from the lovely central park, making it easy for me to explore the city and enjoy beautiful views during my walks.

The staff was accommodating and eager to assist with recommendations. I especially enjoyed the spaciousness of my room and the good breakfast options that were offered each morning, though I'd love to see more variety.

Recommend it for families

Spent two nights here with the family and gotta say the staff was amazing, super helpful. The pool was a great escape after a long day, kids loved it.

It wasn't the cheapest option, but honestly worth it for the comfort and service.
